Meet Our Horses

Scout – 13hh palomino New Forest gelding. 25 years old. A fab pony who has taught many children to ride over the years. Scout is a nice steady ride for the novice children but can fly round a show jumping course with the more advanced riders – a true Pony Club pony!

Cherry – 14.1hh Cob X mare.21 years old. Cherry has been part of the team since the beginning and is a true all-rounder. She is forward going but safe and is a big hit with both the children and adults for flatwork and gymkhana games.

Jethro – 12.1hh 6 year old piebald cob gelding. Suitable for lead rein and young riders who are learning to ride off the lead rein.

Tallulah – 16hh  8 year old skewbald cob mare. Suitable for all abilities of riders including RDA riders. She is also a great horse ball horse.

Jelly – 14.2hh  16 year old bright bay welsh mare. Suitable for all abilities of riders including used for our RDA. She is a reliable jumper She is also a great horse ball horse.

Comet – 14.2hh  17 year old dark bay welsh gelding. Suitable for the more experienced riders. He is a good jump horse.

Tia – 16.3hh  16 year old dark bay mare. Suitable for the more experienced riders and loves to jump.

Pippin – 14.3 hh  15 year old chestnut mare. Suitable for riders of all abilities. She is used regularly in horse ball .

Tilly – 14 hh  6 year old appaloosa mare. Suitable for the more experienced riders. She is a good jump horse and is regularly used for horse ball.

Betty – 14.2 hh  8 year old gypsy skewbald mare. Suitable for the more experienced riders as well as being a good lead rein pony and used for jumping.

Charlie Brown – 11 hh 7 year old exmoor mare. Suitable for lead rein lessons and the more experienced child rider.

Stanley –  9 hh  11 year old Shetland gelding. Suitable for children learning to ride.

Lou –  15 hh  14 year old mare. Suitable for all abilities – a good all rounder from lead rein to jump horse and popular in the horse ball.
