Lorna is not only in the office, she also teaches and has her own horse on livery. She is qualified in first aid and is a bubbly and chatty front of house, and always there to help with any of your needs.
Chrissy is our resident instructor and excels at teaching. She is warm and caring and very easy to talk to. She is hard working and always steps in to lend a hand on the yard. She is great for all abilities and types of riding.
Also known as Tash, Natasha is one of our excellent instructors at the Riding School. Always cheerful and kind, she is excellent with children and beginners, but also pushes enough for the more experienced rider.
Amy is one of our part time instructors. She teaches all abilities and is always happy and cheerful. She will be spending some time over the next months backing Precious the Donkey so she can be used for walk outs.
Another part time instructor, Holly is knowledgeable and caring, also teaching all abilities. She teaches on Wednesday evenings.
Belinda works in the office and is jolly and outgoing. She also has horses on the yard and is often seen working hard with her daughter. She’s always around to help out with anything you need regardless if she’s working or just spending time with her horses. Belinda is DBS approved.
The newest member of our office staff, Kirsty is friendly and outgoing and will always greet you with a smile. She is also Chantelle’s mum, so is frequently seen around the yard.
Theresa is our Head Girl, at 4’11” she is small but mighty. She is responsible for the care of the ponies and the yard, making sure all the duties are done and that the ponies are happy. She also makes sure that any of the Liveries that need services are catered for.
Chantelle and her family have their own horses here at the yard as Liveries. She is here most days and has a special connection with horses, having been around them her whole life. Always smiling and bubbly she is a great asset to the Shedfield team. Also one of our first aid trained members of staff, she can give you the kiss of life… but will she? (She will!)
Another one of our first aid trained staff, Hannah who can also be described as our fairy, is always positive and smiling and never fails to cheer people up. Super dedicated to her job, she is usually found with a broom in her hand and some hay in her hair.
Megan has come to us from a Thoroughbred Stud bringing a lot of knowledge about care and management of horses. Also first aid trained, she’s always smiling and happy to help.
Lu is another girl on the yard who also has horses on livery. She is dedicated and hardworking, and an aspiring paramedic. At 5’11” Lu is our go to for anything hard to reach.
